A photo taken with my camera of a meal from Escobar's in Champaign, IL: roasted duck, sweet potato and carrot puree with lightly sauteed vegetables and plaintains to garnish. The coolest thing about this place is that, if you ask, they will give you a gluten-free menu. Though, we had to convince (who I assumed was a new waitress) that there actually was one.
It's labeled Nuevo Latino Cuisine and the gucamole appetizer is amazing.
